Target is the first place I look at when it comes to swimsuits I can afford especially in 2020, and a whole lot of other things let’s be honest. When it comes to swimsuits since trends tend to change every year I never want to spend too much money on something I can only wear near water. Forever 21 is perfect for purchases like this one where you want to get a couple of on-trend pieces without breaking the bank or worrying you won’t be able to wear it again in a couple of years. I found tons of cute options plus they currently have 2 for $20 on certain pieces!
